I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. At such a young age I couldn’t even grasp the concept of what this disease was all about. I weighed just a mere 86 pounds! The abdominal pain was excruciating. I experienced bleeding and other ailments because of this disease. I underwent surgery and was overwhelmed at the thought of the road ahead. I was only a teenager! Where most people would have thrown in the towel-I had a vision. Instead of looking at the glass as half empty, I saw a glass overflowing! Everyone has obstacles in life. So how do you turn adversity into opportunity? In the face of adversity sometimes comes our finest hours. Now it’s time to begin a new journey let me guide you on your way.
