Desserts & Snacks - Blueberry Soy Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla soy milk
5 ounces Silken tofu, firm, chilled and cubed
2 cups blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
5 ounces Silken tofu, firm, chilled and cubed
2 cups blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation:
Place the blueberries and banana slices in plastic bags and freeze. Combine the frozen fruit and all the other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
