Soups and Toppings - Cranberry Citrus Salsa
Ingredients:
1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1 medium orange, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 lime, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a food processor. Process for 20- to 45-seconds until coarsely chopped. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and that's it.
Servings: Yields 2-cups.
