Fruit and Vegetable Recipes - Green Beans with Sun dried Tomatoes and Garlic
Ingredients:
1 pound whole green beans, trimmed
6 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes in olive oil

1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
Preparation:
1. Microwave the beans on high for two minutes or steam until just done but still crisp.
2. Drain some of the oil from the sun dried tomatoes into a saute pan. Heat over medium-high heat and saute the garlic till it begins to brown.
3. Add the tomatoes and cook with the garlic, stirring continuously for about one minute to marry the flavors.
4. Add the beans and cook, stirring continuously for another minute or until heated through and mixed thoroughly.
