Poultry - Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
1 bunch green onions, chopped, white and light green parts only 2/3 C bread crumbs
1/4 C egg substitute
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Cooking oil spray

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine turkey, onions, breadcrumbs, cayenne, egg, and teriyaki sauce. Form into mini meatballs and place on baking sheet coated with cooking oil spray.
2. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked through. Toss with additional sauce and serve with angel hair pasta, or eat as a finger snack.
Servings: about 48 cocktail meatballs
