Omega 3 fatty acids found in fish lower the risk of both heart disease and arthritis. Green tea is also showing promise in protection against heart disease and can help prevent clogging of the arteries. Last but not least, new research shows that calcium can help prevent kidney stones! Including these items in your nutritional regimen will help you lead a longer, healthier life!
