Make Time to Eat

August 03, 2011

"I know I should eat healthier meals, but just don’t have the time." Does this sound like you? A lot of people develop a mindset that it's simply not possible to eat well. The average adult watches about 22 hours of TV a week. You can grill a burger and throw together a salad in 20 minutes, or make delicious lasagna layered with vegetables in about an hour! You can even speed things up by using one of the healthier bottled tomato sauces and other step saving items. Take the time to make a meal rather than buy one or simply munch on what ever is around. You'll notice it on the scale and in the wallet.
