Outdoor Fitness and Fun - Updated Times!

Summer opens up your choices for healthy fitness and fun, and we’re going to look at some creative options to get the most out of life! Whether it’s water surfing, working out in the pool or a new team sport, adopting an inventive approach to wellness can take you to a new level of physical and mental fitness. This month on Peter’s Principles TV, we’ve got plenty of great ideas for you! We’ll look at people of all ages who take full advantage of the great weather, and some great seasonal additions to a healthy diet! We’ll also talk about drinking water safety, and some great tips to avoid and treat sports-related injuries! Hope you’ll join us for a great summer fun in the sun program. Joining Peter will be Mary Armstrong, Water Fitness Instructor at the YMCA, Rick Andrew, Operations Manager of the Drinking Water Treatment Program at NSF International, and Dr. Louise Aloe, Pediatric Sports Medicine Specialist at Children’s Hospital in the Detroit Medical Center. This show airs Friday, June 18th at 12:30 p.m. and Sunday, June 20th at 4:30 a.m. on ABC, Channel 7.
