Trying crunches and ab work, but still feel flabby?  You may want to try a vibration platform.
A new study found standing on a vibration platform for only 15 minutes a day could help you get those washboard abs. Researchers put mice on a vibrating platform for 15 minutes a day for 15 weeks. At the end of the study they found the mice had 27 percent fewer abdominal fat cells. The mice did not lose weight, but experts believe the vibration changes fat distribution in a beneficial way. Now those are some well-toned mice!
Researchers also saw a decrease in trigycerdies in the liver and believe humans can achieve the same results.
It's a great workout with an added bonus!
