  3. After 3 months of activty, exercise actually reduces your body's ability to form blood clots by 52 percent!
  4. Exercise helps your blood vessels relax and contract more effectively.
  5. And finally, after 10 weeks, you significantly lower your risk of heart attack even if you already have heart disease!
Your heart is your most important muscle, take care of it!
