Family Fitness

Eating right and exercise is critical for the whole family. There are three simple things you can do to help your family get fit.
  1. Create a family plan. Come up with a diet and exercise plan that will work for the whole family.
  2. Get the kids involved in the cooking. Studies show kids are more likely to eat healthy foods when they're involved in the cooking.
  3. Get your family moving. Find something you all enjoy like skating, swimming or walking and get out together and do it.
Studies have shown that fitness plans are more successful when you do them as a family.
