Rosemary

June 11, 2015

Rosemary is a delicious, fragrant spice that is great when used on chicken or fish and in omelettes or in soups. It also increases the nutritional benefits of almost any food. A good source of vitamin A, rosemary has been associated with reductions in cancer causing compounds from cooking meat, reductions in diabetes risk, Alzheimer's disease and macular degeneration. It may also may play a role in improving brain health. Use with thyme to reduce  the salt in your recipes and reap even more benefits!
