December 16, 2015Research published October 27 of this year in the journal Obesity found that removing most of the sugar from children's diets has an immediate positive effect, even if the amount of calories and carbohydrates are maintained. The diet brought on immediate reductions in high blood pressure and improved blood sugar and cholesterol levels!
